Arriving at Le P’ti Saigon cooking class venue, you are warmly greeted by the staff and introduced to Chef Loi, a Vietnamese chef who is fluent in English. Chef Loi provides an informative overview of Vietnamese cuisine, highlighting its key ingredients and cooking techniques. During the introduction, you also learn about the cultural significance of the dishes you will be cooking.
You then proceed to the well-equipped kitchen area, where individual cooking stations await. Chef Loi guides you step-by-step through the preparation and cooking of three traditional Vietnamese dishes. With the chef’s expert supervision, you receive hands-on guidance and helpful tips to ensure successful cooking.
As you cook, Le P’ti Saigon provides a selection of complimentary appetizers for you to enjoy. These appetizers offer a taste of authentic Vietnamese flavors and allow you to immerse yourself in the local culinary culture. Chef Loi shares valuable tips on garnishing and presenting the dishes beautifully, enhancing both their visual appeal and taste.
At the end of the cooking class, you receive a recipe book that includes the recipes of the dishes you learned to cook. Additionally, as a token of appreciation, Le P’ti Saigon presents you with a Cooking Award Certificate to commemorate your participation in the class. Moreover, you are given a special gift – a Le P’ti Saigon apron with their logo – as a souvenir to remember your culinary experience.
