8:00 AM – Welcome and Introduction: Upon arrival, participants are warmly greeted by our staff and introduced to the English-speaking Vietnamese Chef who will guide them throughout the culinary journey.
8:15 AM – Market Tour: Accompanied by the cooking instructor, participants embark on an exciting market tour. They will explore a local market, interact with vendors, and discover the fresh ingredients used in Vietnamese cuisine. Learn about the cultural significance of these ingredients.
9:15 AM – Cooking Class: Participants will learn to prepare three authentic Vietnamese dishes under the guidance of the Chef. They will gain hands-on experience and learn cooking principles, techniques, and methods. The Chef will share insights into the cultural significance of each dish.
11:00 AM – Enjoy the Meal: Participants sit down with others to savor the delicious dishes they prepared. Complimentary desserts are served as a sweet conclusion to the culinary adventure. Each participant receives a folder with detailed recipes to recreate the experience at home.
