Full Itinerary
Day 1: Saigon – Vinh Long Airport
The tour starts with a pick up at Tan Son Nhat airport in Saigon. You will then be transferred to Vinh Long, a province located at the mouth of the Mekong River. Here, you will click your bike and explore the peaceful countryside of Vinh Long. Cycling through the small paths in the green rice fields and visiting the traditional villages, you will have the opportunity to experience the life of the local people and see the beautiful natural landscape.
Day 2: Vinh Long – Cai Rang – Can Tho Floating Market
After exploring Vinh Long, the journey continues with a bike ride to Cai Rang town. This is an important stop because Cai Rang floating market here is one of the oldest and most vibrant floating markets in the Mekong Delta region. You will have the opportunity to see hundreds of merchant boats on the river, participate in the vibrant life of the locals and enjoy the fresh fruits. After that, you will continue on to Can Tho, the largest city in the region, where you will rest at your hotel and enjoy the atmosphere of the river city.
Day 3: Can Tho – Orchard – Saigon Airport
Early in the morning, you will take a bicycle trip to an orchard in Can Tho. During this journey, you will see vast fruit fields, with fruits such as mango, grapefruit. During a bicycle trip to the fruit garden in Can Tho, you will admire the beauty of the fruit field with its bright colors and sweet fragrance. You can walk among the cool trees, take souvenir photos and learn about the local people’s fruit growing and care process. After enjoying the fresh taste of the fruits, you will return to the hotel for check-out. Next, you will be transferred to Saigon airport to end your “Vinh Long – Can Tho Soft Cycling” journey.
